Yin & Sound Journey
Sunday 16 August 4-5:30pm

A monthly ritual to soften into stillness. This 90-minute immersive journey opens with a yin yoga practice to settle the nervous system and invite you into stillness — holding each shape long enough to soften while being fully supported by props. We will then seal the practice with a 30 minute sound bath.

Prenatal Yoga Series

A 6-week series creating a nurturing space to move with your body and connect deeply with your baby. Through mindful breath, grounded movement and gentle strengthening, we honour the natural rhythm of your pregnancy — creating space for ease, presence and inner connection.

All trimesters welcome. No yoga experience needed.
