A dynamic practice synchronising breath with movement through creative sequences. Build strength, warmth and mental clarity while settling the mind. Expect thoughtful alignment cues with modifications and variations throughout.

Hatha Vinyasa Flow

Rooted in the ancient system from which all yoga grows. Beginning with pranayama and awareness of energy and the subtle body, before moving into dynamic breath-led sequences that build strength and vitality — with space for stillness and self-inquiry woven throughout.

Slow Flow

Arrive fully in your body and move with presence. Slow, intentional breath-led sequences to build strength and stability, with space to adjust, refine and unwind. Frequent alignment cues — this class meets you exactly where you are.

Beginners welcome.
